Terms of service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of dawnlyhome.com and to any order you place with Dawnly (“we”, “us”). Please read them before ordering. You can contact us at support@dawnlyhome.com.
1. Using our website
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping. Please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access or interfering with how it works.
2. Our products
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Dawnly is a wake-up light and alarm clock. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery to UK addresses is free. We may change our prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed. If we’ve made an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before dispatching your order and you can choose to cancel. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Your order
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable or we’re unable to deliver to your address.
5. Offers
Offers such as “2 for £79.99” are applied automatically at checkout when the conditions are met. Offers can’t be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time, but this won’t affect orders you’ve already placed.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they’re delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Returns and your rights
You can return items within 30 days of delivery as set out in our refund policy. This is in addition to your legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Using your Dawnly safely
Please read the instructions that come with your Dawnly. Use the included USB cable with a standard USB phone charger plug, keep it away from water, and don’t use it if the cable or device is damaged.
9. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We’re not responsible for loss or damage that isn’t foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited.
10. Intellectual property
The content on our website, including text, images and the Dawnly name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy or use it without our permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
