Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Delivery: once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7–10 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates. Busy periods, bad weather or courier delays can occasionally make deliveries take longer.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by 1st December. Orders placed after that may arrive after Christmas.
Order updates
You’ll receive an email confirming your order, and another when it’s on its way. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see them.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@dawnlyhome.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. Sending a gift? Just enter the recipient’s name and address as the delivery address.
Late or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email support@dawnlyhome.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right. See our returns policy.
